Booklover Weekend events begin at 7pm on Friday, April 4th, 2025 and conclude at 11:30am on Sunday, April 6th, 2025.

Waco is about two hours from both the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) and the Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW). Waco also has a municipal airport (airport code ACT), which is about 20 minutes from downtown.

Your Booklover Weekend ticket includes your participation in all of our scheduled events and activities for the entire weekend! It also includes event merch and goodies, three meals at some of our favorite Waco spots, and exclusive access to our publishing representative and author panels. It does not include hotel or other travel accommodations.

You may stay anywhere in the Waco area! However, the Hotel Herringbone has blocked off rooms especially for our event and is conveniently located only one block away from Fabled.

All of the Booklover Weekend events are within walking distance of the Hotel Herringbone and Fabled Bookshop & Cafe, as well as other downtown Waco attractions. You may want to arrange for transportation to other attractions during your free time.

Attendees must be over the age of 18 to attend Booklover Weekend.

You may travel and stay with your partner/friend/pet, but everyone attending the Booklover Weekend’s events must have purchased a ticket. If you have a service animal, we ask that it is vested and its meals are provided by you. 

Yes, Fabled will be able to ship any books purchased at Fabled during the Booklover Weekend anywhere in the U.S for FREE .

All of our venues are ADA-compliant. Please let us know if you have specific questions about accommodations!

If you have a change of plans that results in being unable to attend the Booklover Weekend, there may be options for ticket transfer or partial refund. Please consult our terms and conditions for details. 

Fabled is not responsible for any cancellations or adjustments to hotel lodging for ticket holders. All lodging needs and communication should be directly with the hotel or lodging vendor and the attendee.
